Guide on How to Reset Printer Canon MP 258, MP 276, MP 558, MP 568, MP 648, MP 198, MP 496- If the printer's LCD screen Canon Pixma MP 258 , MP 276 , MP 558 , MP 568 , MP 648 , MP 198 , MP 496 E08 error warning appears it means to count the number of printing ( printing ink usage on the cartridge ) which has been in charge of the plant has been exceed the maximum limit , according to the manufacturer should you are advised to change your printer cartridge with a new one .

Guide how to reset the printer :

To reset the memory EEPROMPT , Canon printer you must be in a state of " SERVICE MODE " .

Do as follows :

1. Prepare paper , then place the paper in the printer when you would like the print process .
2. Turn off the printer is experiencing an error E08 by pressing the " POWER " printer , and do not unplug the printer power cord .
3. Press and hold the " STOP / RESET " followed by pressing the " POWER " . The " STOP / RESET " and " POWER " in the pressed position .
4. Just release the button " STOP / RESET " only, while the " POWER " remain in the position in press .
5. In the circumstances the " POWER " still depressed , press the " STOP / RESET " 6 (six ) times .
6. Then release both buttons ( " STOP / RESET " and " POWER " ) together. then you will be on view "Service Mode " .
7. Then look at the LCD display on the printer will have blank / dark and on your computer monitor will detect the new hardware . Ignore it and let the process ...
8. The next step is running Service Tool 1050 ( Software Resetter Canon Printer ) .
9. In the menu " Absorber Clear ink counter " please select " Play " and then click " SET " on the right.
10. On the " ink absorber counter " please select " Play " and then click " SET " on the right.
11. Then click " EEOPROM " . And allow the printer to print one page of paper .
12. Resetting process has been completed , and please try your printer to print the file .
